The NextDay Caster commitment is something we take very seriously, as we understand some projects can be very time sensitive. Please find helpful details around our fulfillment process, free shipping guidelines, carriers, and delivery time below.

Order Processing

With thousands of variations of buildable casters, we inventory large quantities of our caster components so that we can quickly build and ship your order by the next business day. This process enables flexibility in our next-day commitment up to the displayed quantity available on each item for orders placed by 3 PM ET Monday - Friday (orders placed after 3 PM ET on Fridays or over weekend hours, will ship by Tuesday, which is the next business day after the order has been confirmed in our systems Monday morning).

Larger orders may also be able to be fulfilled by the next business day, but can also take additional production time based on quantity–typically this is only days unless. If any exception is determined, we will contact you the same/next day (depending on order time) to provide options and updates.

We seek to meet our customers' assembly schedules and timelines. If you are on a tight timeline, please contact us before or after you place your order and we will work to meet your requirements. You can also add in your required dock date into the notes field at checkout so we know of critical dates. We can then quickly acknowledge confirmation or known exceptions to meeting the date, along with any solutions or options available. Again, we will work hard to meet your specific needs, it is why we are here.

Absolutely! Please call 888-984-4896 or contact us and we will work to set your account up pending credit approval. Tax exempt status can also be setup during at this same time.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. UPS is our primary logistics partner for parcel shipments, and lightweight packages may be sent via USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. If your order qualifies for free freight, the carrier will be selected by us.

It may depend on where you are. We ship from Westlake, OH and typical orders to central, northeastern, and southern states typically arrive in 1-3 days after shipped. Orders to western states typically arrive in 4-5 days. Shipment tracking details will be provided in an email/text (depending on your selected preference) as soon as your order has shipped.

Absolutely, we ship all over the world. Our advanced checkout system should provide you with options to ship your order to approved international locations (serviced by our international carriers: UPS and DHL). If this is not working for your address, please contact us and we look into additional shipping options for you. Please contact us for any larger international requests, as we may be able to offer greater discounts based on volume.

Merchandising & Specifications

Due to the large variety of similar size, fastening, and brake options in our products, some images on industrial products may show a standard representative size that was used in our original photography. The images do accurately represent the product and options however (such as fastening type, wheel color/style, etc.) and a CAD model and drawing of each caster is provided to confirm the actual scale of any caster. Examples of representative images include situations where there are varying stem lengths, caster wheel/rig sizes, or base sizes on leveling mounts.

We strive to have all product sizes/options be 1:1 and are actively working on completing this in our studio. Many series are already complete.
